Coming from an inland mountain tour we decided to have dinner with sea view. In Ribeira Brava we checked the restaurants at the sea side but both of us found the pictorial menus exposed on the outside of these restaurants not very attractive. Somewhat frustrated we walked back to the parking garage (very cheap and easy parking) and saw the MURALHA Restaurant directly on top of it. What a jewel!
We loved it so much that we went there twice during our holidays on Madeira.
I loved the Grilled Chicken with Mushrooms and Salad and I especially recommend the Fried Polenta Cubes as a side…but the home-made French Fries (with Oregano) are great as well. The food is nicely presented and the service is very kind. It is definitely worth the money and not at all expensive for what you get.
