Definitely a must-see whenever you are in Paeroa. It is so easy to see because it is along the main road. A good mini-stop before heading on to your next adventure! =)

National icon that most kiwis in the North Island have driven by or stopped for that obligatory photo op.
While the place is nicely kept and the public toilets there are decent the locals don't share the same love that the tourists do. It's now an inconvenience and sad reminder of yet another great product that was swallowed up by Coca-Cola Amatil. And no it would not slow or stop tourist traffic through Paeroa if it were not there, Paeroa is an important tourist Hub not far from many awesome destinations.

A must do if your in the area - stop and have your photo taken in front of the big L & P bottle. Toilet in the car park were handy too!
