This monument gave us an amazing immersive experience with Pacific history. This was the exact spot where the Malietoa alii, matai and warriors put an end to the 300 year Tongan occupation circa 1250 AD. A simple but impressive monument on a very attractive headland and readily accessible from the Le Vasa Resort!
