Best place to stay by far! The staff are amazing, so friendly! THE FOOD ♡♡ an service was definitely 5 stars in our books if we could give more would be 100 stars We all just loved our time here. The lagoon rooms are to die for, waking up every morning to feed the fish right over your balcony or geckos on the walls! Ocean fales are also so beautiful with amazing views!! Experience was just peace and serenity with the sounds of the ocean so close to your doorstep!#bliss but a very special thanks you to the staff who put on an amazing cultural show an food for my little brothers 21st couldn't of asked for anything more!! This monument is located in the beautiful grounds of La Vasa resort. It commemorates an important time in Samoa's history when the Tongans were driven from Samoa. It's a must see.

The Malietoa Monument is amazing landmark positioned on the oceanfront at Le Vasa Resort. You can visit sight and learn a bit about the history of the last fight between the Tongans and Samoans. The is a peace monument which tells a story about the time the Tongans occupied Samoa for a few hundred years and when the Samoa fought back they won and the Peace monument was erected to show the treaty between the two countries that they will never fight again. It was a treat to be here at the sight a feel the breeze of the fresh pacific air while taking in the the lovely views of the islands behind the landmark.
