Good location for visiting the spectacular Greek temples of Agrigento. Food was not very good by Sicilian standards, and the staff spent a lot of energy trying to get us to buy extra packages for tours and food and spas. The pool does not look like what you see in the pictures.

Not a lot to say about the hotel other than what has been said in other reviews. A standard hotel bedroom; clean and bright. The 30 euro package for dinner, night time drive to the temples to see them lit up (but you can't get in), ride to temples during the day and a pickup on demand well worth the price.

The dinner was good value, seated in the courtyard, with live music. The singer the night we dined there was excellent.

The hotel is about 700 yards from the sea front which has lots or bars / shops. I believe that the hotel has its own private beach and will drive you there and provide sunbeds and sunshade for a fee.

There are two hotel car parks across the road from the hotel, one in the same area as the swimming pool and the second close by. The pool was not crowded but I understand that Italian school holidays had not started when we were there.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and the wifi was fine.

Good place to stay for one or two nights if your primary reason for visiting San Leone is to see the temples.

New and comfortable. Well located and a practical option if you are going to stay one or two nights to visit the temples. Breakfast could be better and wi-fi doesn't work in the rooms of the 4th floor. Swimming pool is in the another side of the street, so not very welcoming.

The hotel is a hidden gem in Agrigento. The town has an urban feel, but the hotel is an oasis in the midst of it. By all means go for the 30 euro per person package that includes a night visit to the temples, transportation to and from the temples the next day, dinner at the restaurant with a bottle of wine, and breakfast the next day. The staff was fantastic. Salvatore was at the front desk and his professionalism was a welcome amenity.

Room Tip: The pool is across the street near the parking lot, but it is pretty nice. Do go.

This is the place to stay if you want to visit the temples, then relax enjoying some pool and beach, or even the spa. These people cannot do enough for you. Being driven to the temple, the guide being organised and then the pick up at the end. Super. And the typical Italian beach, lido, experience is really worth it. Breakfast is a feast. Good seafood restaurant at the hotel. Good other options for dinner nearby. Thank you.
