The courtyard cafe has a tasty range of foods on offer, nicely cooked and presented . Unfortunately many of the items will be on offer at other National Trust cafes all over the country as well. I long for the old days when each cafe was trusted to be able to come up with its own menu of delicious foods. Trying to maintain standards is commendable but local dishes pertaining to each region are what made national Trust cafes great and the anticipation of this variation is sorely missed.
