I recently stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, the hotel is satisfactory in terms of value for money, however, the customer service is less than desirable.
While we paid full price for 2 days for access to all facilities all guests were kicked out of the pool area, with no notice, at 5pm for a function which didn’t start till 8pm and then went on until after midnight. There was no mention of this at check in at which time I was informed that pool area was available from 9am - 9pm every day.
The bar also gets closed from 4-5pm each day which again is not mentioned on any signage or at check in. The staff offer no alternatives when questioned.
Breakfast was below average, although included in the price. Breakfast is offered from 6am - 10am so when there were no eggs at 8:30am I asked if there could please be some cooked and was told “No” with no explanation or alternative solution. Not even a boiled egg offered.
The beauty treatment lady however was wonderful despite the obvious lack of utensils available to her. Also, there is no air conditioning in the spa & wellness centre which doesn’t make for a comfortable experience.
Overall I believe you could get better value for money elsewhere in terms of customer service.
