this is good value for the money. roomsvare ok 3 star level. everything is in turkish, Russian, german, don't expect great English service. the pool is clean but there were lots of families with kids. the beach is in parts stony, at the beginning, but nicely shallow and clear water. hard to find sun bed with shadow. my partner felt the beer was watered down. alcoholic drinks available 11:30-23. after 10 the breakfast table is slim, so better eat before. mostly families or middle aged couples, not a party place, which we appreciated. sometimes espresso machine doesn't work etc, normal for 3 star place. the nature around is very nice, cars and hedgehogs spotted.

Stayed: July 2016, travelled as a couple

Friendly all-in hotel mainly full of Russians and Germans so don't expect great spoken English. Recliners in short supply so reserve yours early...Rooms very basic and not all with a/c.very nice food and drink in unlimited supplies. Good choice for a chill-out break.

I'm traveling in Turkey and choose this hotel, it's really nice hotel, with very friendly personal.
I really love this place.

P.S. Turkish Airlines lost my laggage and local personal contributed a lot to find my laggage...

Very good food, spacious family room. There are no non-smoking areas in general, is a big problem for non-smokers and families with children. Walking - just to the left, because to the right - a military sanatorium behind barbed wire. No animation at all. Only for quiet or family holiday.

Ozdere is not a typical brit invaded tourist resort, so you can definitely get away from it all. Rooms are of decent 2-3 star standard, although noise can carry a bit. The staff are very good and welcoming, particularly Mehmet. Food is fine, lovely beach which is overlooked nicely by the outdoor dining area. Drinks on the all inclusive are fine and dont seem watered down. Theres never a problem getting places on the beach despite the number of Germans there. The local area is very much turkish, so no neon bars and blaring music and hordes of drunk brits. Dolmus runs from the main road about 100m away and goes everywhere you would need - Ephesus well worth a visit, about 30 mins away on the Dolmus

Room Tip: Try to get a room in the main building directly looking out over the sea and Samos Island
