It is unfortunate that during your visit to Casa Spello, our housekeeper was away and put someone else in charge of changing the Cleopatra linen. As you can see from other reviews, we have new , fresh and very comfortable linen. Cleopatra has plenty of natural light in the bedroom and living room area. The darker part is a 700 year old cellar carved into the beautiful peach color rock of the Mount Subasio and needs to be preserved and appreciated as such. In fact this is what makes Cleopatra so unique. The sunsets from this unit are spectacular and so is the view to the Properzio Towers and the Umbrian countryside. Indeed Cleopatra remains one of our most popular units. Our internet access has been updated this week and it is working very well.
