We visited here for the mid-way stop of our 11 day honeymoon, and could not have been happier with our decision to stay here, rather than in the city of Siena or Florence. The staff was so helpful and friendly - Marta and Daniella were especially kind and we immensely enjoyed our conversations with them. We loved having breakfast in the mornings, and I thought the selections were exactly on pointe....delicious options for every appetite. Our dinners there were superb, and the staff was always courteous and gracious. Our room had a small balcony off of it, and we enjoyed sleeping with the doors to the patio open and seeing the stars. Nando, the hotel "mascot", was sweet and definitely memorable. We loved the homey feel of it, and the quiet, unhurried atmosphere. We will be back!

I've spent there 2 wonderful days. The villa is in a peaceful area, surrounded by fields, grassland, few houses. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and bright; with stylysh furniture. We booked a double room and a triple. Actually our triple room was composed by 2 rooms with the bathroom. The bed in my aunt's room was a canopy.
We had lunch after arrival (extra payment, reasonable prices) with a special tray of local cold cuts, bruschetta, some pasta and chicken. Breakfast is really great: you can find whatever you'd like to eat, sweet or salty... The villa has a park and a nice swimming pool area. The star of the place is surely Nando... it's big, but sweet... You can find Nando moving slowly from a place to another looking for the best spot to sleep. Don't be afraid...it's so cute!

We have stayed in Villa Sabollini at the end of April, at 3 days vacation. We found that hotel and it's staff a tourist offers all that he need for nice experience of staying in the heart of Tuscany. We haven't found any complaints about the rooms and the equipment. We eat breakfasts ... standard but good, and also 2 dinners, the food was good. And the best about this hotel is it's location ... very close to San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni and Siena, and also close to autostrada (highway) from Siena to Florence, so the capital of Tuscany is not so far away. At the end ... Nando is the first tourist attraction of staying in the hotel. I hope we will come back someday!

We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful hotel villa for a 3-night stay as a birthday trip. It's well situated between Siena and San Gemignano. The rooms are most charming, well equipped. A soap/shower gel holder (broken/missing during our stay) in the shower room would make it a perfect stay. The staffs are most friendly, good selection of wines, and the various dishes are delicious. In hot and summer days, you can enjoy their outdoor swimming pool and a well maintained park. I highly recommend it.

PROS:

- great location, calm and peacefull
- garden and outside area wonderful
- staff very polite and willing to help you. Most of them speak english fluently
- good choice especially for families
- we ate a the restaurant of the hotel, dinner was very tasty
- definitely a value for money choice
- free parking and wi-fi

CONS:
- breakfast not something great, just the basics. For example not fresh fruit or natural cereals
- the hotel needs to be renovated. Apart from the bathroom, the rest of the hotel is bit old

I would choose for its great price price (50 euros per night) and great location! But renovation needs to be done!
