Best in Kalamata. Great spot. Super staff. Friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and beach service is great. The pool is a scene. Lots of fun w DJ and drinks etc.
Plenty of parking on site. Very convenient location and rooms in the main building have stunning views of Kalamata bay

Great breakfast, very clean rooms, right on the beach with direct beach access and beach service for drinks and snacks. The concierge was very helpful in discussing Kalamata and historical things to see. My wife left her phone in the lobby going to an excursion and the concierge personally called the taxi driver to ensure us that it was safe and at the front desk. Great visit and would definitely stay there again the next time in Kalamata and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed an unusual location combining a beach hotel with an easy access to the city centre. The staff was highly professional and friendly. Moreover, the way of Mediterranean cooking was really tasty.

The hotel should have been a diamond in the area. We spent a week there and fortunately enough it was free because we won it at a lottery, otherwise we would request our money back.
I can imagine the hotel in its shiny days as it is located in a great place near the beach and the buildings are really nicely built. However:
We had booked a room for three, instead they gave us a room for 2,with 2 additional beds, we could not either open the balcony door because one bed was blocking it. The door knob was broken, and my wife hit her hand trying to open the door. We tried to call the reception but the phone was inoperative, so I had to go back to the reception on foot to ask for a change.
The new room they gave us was better but with some annoying issues:
the entry door got stuck sometimes and needed 3 or 4 attempts to open it from outside.
The walls, the doors and the furniture were seriously worn out, definitely not suitable for a hotel of its category.
All the TV channels were shown in terrible quality.
The curtain was smelly, and hadn't been washed for long time.
The bed matrices were seriously worn totally far from a relaxing sleep.
The extra bed rack was not steady, and 2 times closed while our child was on it.
During breakfast and dinner on boufet there was always 1 or 2 dishes empty, not quickly replenished.
There was little choice in sweets (2 or 3)
The food choice was of medium quality, nothing special.
The huge pool was full of missing tiles and full of patches and needed serious maintenance.
On Wednesday there was a terrible pool party, that had nothing to do with the family character of the hotel, and the pool was full of outsiders drinking and dancing in GANGSTA RAP music and the families residents of the hotel were looking astonished!
On the positive side were the friendly personnel, the cleanliness of the room and the pool, the permanent lifeguard at the pool, the nice lounge and the nice playground for kids.
To sum up, the hotel could be a diamond but I feel that it has been left abandoned. It needs serious maintenance and to adopt a steady identity, since it is a lot far from a luxury hotel for families.

Our four-day stay in Elite was good. At first, we were given a room on the first floor of the main building (131) overlooking a parking lot with no balcony. We asked for a transfer and they proposed a room in the villas. The staff was polite and helpful.
The second room was much more spacious, had a balcony, so we preferred that one (at no extra cost). The hotel is located in the outskirts of Kalamata, on the beach side, making it ideal to either walk or drive to Kalamata (40min and 10 min respectively).
The hotel offered breakfast in a big buffet with many options that I think satisfied everyone. I am surely gonna miss this breakfast! There is also a restaurant in the hotel for your lunch and of course, there is “Yiamas Gastro Bar” for your dinner which is fine dining!
The room was spacious with business wooden furniture, featuring a balcony overlooking the other villa. The bed was double, the mattress was excellent. The bathroom was spacious, the pressure of water was good, hot water all day, but water drainage was awful, even when just washing your hands. The windows in the bathroom should have a mesh(net) installed, as little butterflies were entering and staying on the walls.
Cleaning service was daily, which is much appreciated, especially during summer. Wi-fi was perfect, even on the beach. The A/C was adequate and always open, which was more than ideal to enter a cool room after the beach. On the beach, there are umbrellas which belong to the hotel and they give you free beach towels.
Overall, we had a good stay there, but I am not pretty sure if we would stay there again. I believe that it was a bit overpriced, so perhaps I would try a hotel at the same price range in the area nearby.
