It is located near Rajshahi city, 90 mins car drive appx. This is a historical mosque with many notations. There is a big pond outside of the mosque, which enhances its beauty.

A nice mosque worth the stop. Although some might skip this, I wouldn't though if you like architecture and that religious feel. Anything old gets my vote

On the way Back to Dhaka, we did not want to miss the chance to visit this historic place. This Mashjid was made in 1523 and it is at Bagha, 25 miles southeast of Rajshahi. This was established by Sultan Nasiruddin Nasrat Shah after he came from Baghdad with his 5/6 followers to promote Islam in this continent. All of their graveyard is just beside the mashjid. The mud work is wonderful. It was real cool inside when outside temperature was around 40 celsious, even though no air conditioner was nside. Have a visit if you are a history lover. By the way Road condition was real good, you can easily move with private car.

Pretty small site on the way to Rajshahi or Puthia. Can be very crowded and as usual with Bangladesh very chaotic, even in a small town

Recommend to visit on Friday (midd day). Many pilgrims from the neighbourhood area comes here on every Friday for prayers and Sacrifice animals, cooking and folk fair are very interesting. Walking around the mosque and the village by the lake is safe and nicer. Just ask someone for a plate and stand on the que for your meal, it is welcome and ment to share.
