Stayed here . Reception staff were nice and quick . Had to give a part of the sum as advance with ID check . The room was average size , air conditioning was average , had to boost the turbo every half an hour to make it cooler . TV was provided with cable network which was good . Bed was queen size but not comfortable. Blanket was clean but got bitten by some insect ? Mosquitoes
Side lamps were not maintained . A table with chairs were provided for guest . You could hear the noise from adjacent road . Amenities were not provided , no fridge or mini bar .
No safe box . Small cabinet at the entrance . Bathroom was clean but wood clippings were coming out of the hinges and wood was rotten . The shower knob was tight and had to struggle to open / close it . Shampoo and soap were provided but was not changed or refilled the next day . No room service provided the next day . Single towel provided .
The restaurant was average in terms of cleanliness and food . The staff were polite . Check out was easy and appreciated .
Parking was a problem as there was limited space .
No elevators or lifts

The location is really good - right next to Z square mall. It is a high traffic area, so theres a lot of honking heard in the rooms.

The cleanliness could be better. The rooms look old, the bathroom is dirty. Some tiles were broken too.

Room service was good, the food was average (just had a couple of sandwiches).

All in all, an okay place.

Kanpur is surrounded by beautiful and amazing hotels and this is surely one of them.Offerings were really good,staffs were supportive and ready to help.In house food was mind blowing,rooms were spacious and beautiful.Also the Ambience was perfect.Will surely recommend this.
