We checked in the hotel around 12am. Tired and sleepy. Met Aman at the reception, who was unfortunately helping us to check in. He was too arrogant and didn’t had any manners to talk. Shame on hotel little chef to hire these kinds of employees in this hospitality industry. Then the bell boy took 30 mins to unload the luggage from our car. Aman was to BATEMEEZ in every manner. No manners to talk and handle a client. Don’t know from where these hotels hire such employees.

Regal property with beautiful ambience , comfortable rooms , very polite & trained hospitality team , tasty food and to top up very reasonably priced , overall excellent experience , would definitely recommend family & friends to have staying experience at Little Chef

Deeply disappointed. Except for a clean bed and a functioning split AC, nothing else was acceptable.

I woke up to a hot kettle that didn't work.
I went to a mediocre breakfast buffet.
I bathed in a shower stall that wouldn't drain.
I tried to look out of the window but the blinds wouldn't roll up.
From 10:55am I was reportedly called by the front desk that I was to vacate by 11am, even though I was just a few minutes beyond (who has an 11am check out in this day and age?).
I was hosted there by my client who should be embarrassed that they chose this place for me to stay.
