Except location everything is average. The hotel badly needs renovation. From bed sheets to bathrooms everything needs to be changed. It has a restaurant but looking at the hotel's condition, I did not dare to order food.

Basis hotel. Newly modified. Location is good. Staffs are good but bit untrained.
Lift condition is not good.
Breakfast as very basic. No hot water. Need to ask separately.
Teriff 2500 so not cheap. OK stay

This hotel was enjoyable and we had a very good and cheerful mements and my friends were very happy to stay in this hotel.The food and the service was excellent and this experience was too good and we will go again in this hotel.

Its an average hotel to stay. Hotel has its good management and staff. Rooms are clean. Hotel location is also good. Food is also okay. For staying for a day or two this hotel is quite good. One can think to stay here.

Old hotel/Bathroom fittings were old and water leaking/saw a rat running on the floor/One day stay ,hence stayed else would have changed/Positives : food (cold/without covering),and location..Avoid!!!

Reaching to hotel is really confusing. Once you entered you will understand that the hotel is of old fashion. Though they have upgraded me to a premium room, still it lacks the ambience. Bathroom fittings are old and doesn't work. Although I have not tested their food but had their complimentary breakfast which in quantity looks fine but taste wise is average.
Overall good hotel at Rs 3000 or less atleast in Kanpur. Another 2 good hotels are there but might be costly.
