One of the most pathetic hotels that I have been to.

They claim to have 15 AC rooms. I could only find 3.

Whatever they have posted on their web page is just crap.

Their claim - 100% clean and hygienic rooms -- All I found was stinking dark corridors and there costliest suite room, which we stayed in, is filled with a stinking smell all the time. Please don't go by the room photos provided on any website (they are years old I guess).
- Bed linen/ pillow covers were stained and very-very dirty. I had to ask them twice to get a (relatively) clean bed sheet.
- Dirty smelling blankets.
- Bathroom not clean, in the morning during office hours, we had to wait for half an hour as there was no water.
- We had to ask for a room freshener and toiletries. Two small soaps and 2 shampoo pouches were provided after request.

- AC was very old and made noises throughout the night. No remote was provided to manage the temperature. You can either turn it off or keep it on.
- Telephone in the room was not working. We had to go down and come back up two floors to the reception every time we needed something.

- Only 1 charging socket was provided in the suite so only one equipment can be charged at a time.

- TV Plug was loose. With great difficulty two people made it work. And all satellite channels provided went off twice in two days.

- People will bang / try to open your room door at midnight. My guess is they came from the bar on the floor below.
- No double locks, one can easily crack open the lock on the door. Lock was opening and closing with great difficulty until I figured out the specific angle the key works in.

- No Internet anywhere. No Broadband access in public areas as claimed on their website. Forget about in the rooms. They don’t even have a computer (Receptionist said they had but gave it up because of problems!!)
- No Travel desk, no money exchange desk. You will get to see a new receptionist at different times in a day.
- Even reception does not have any computer, laptop how they are claiming to provide high speed Wi-Fi and internet god only knows.
- No newspaper, magazines provided.
- No copier /scanner. We were redirected to a shop 250 meters from the hotel, when we wanted to take a photocopy and print out.
- Locality is also not great, with workshops, garages around, it is difficult to get auto rickshaw/ manual rickshaw.
- They also claim to have a swimming pool. We couldn't find it either on the ground floor or on the terrace. Don't know where the hell it was.
- No Breakfast, even if it is mentioned as complimentary - just expect some paratha or toast-jam with tea, that too you have to ask for it multiple times. They will not even bother to ask you for it.
- Only thing functional was GYM. I think it was being used by the people staying near by.
- Party hall might have some party going on every other day, so expect loud music/noises till late night.

Please avoid it by all cost. Do not go by what they have mentioned on their hotel page. It is definitely not worth spending so much money here, when you have other cheaper options around.
You will definitely get the same hygiene condition hotel in half the cost and as far as luxury/comfort is concerned, this hotel has nothing to do with these two words.
