I stayed at pristine hotel for a couple of days...the hotel is new and the staff is courteous.
Anrup was a great host at Tamrind restaurant and was really attentive and helpful.
The housekeeping is pretty decent too.
A few cons-
1. The swimming pool is very very small not larger than a hot tub.
2. The staff at Tamrind needs to improve their attention to details.
3. Security checks should be improved.

Very good ambience, staff behaviour, and very comfortable stay with delicious food restaurant are available. You may visit the Kanpur with your family and can enjoy the stay in hotel and explore the many adventures and markets in the Kanpur City and it's surroundings.

The room was clean and spacious.
I ordered soup, it was delicious I loved it.
Check-in and check-out service was very smooth.
A little Concern about taps in the washroom, They should change it.
Rest everything is fine.
You can book this hotel but stay cautious when you open the tap

The cultural experience at pristine left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff bhavna and especially thanks to chef abhishek javed chetan and vishal are also accommodating and friendly.
