I had a long stay of over 3 weeks at hotel Royal Cliff. Even though they maintain high standards like the branded hotels, their staff are much more warmer and friendlier when compared to their corporate counterparts.
The hotel was very accomodating and adjusting towards our requirements as and when requested.
The location is prime and the main tourist attractions in Kanpur are all nearby to the place.
A big thumbs up for them.
Nice Place , staff was very polite and proffesional especially Front Office staff , easy check in and check out . food could have been better but overall good experience , will definately come back . Kudos
Very dissatisfied with the service. It took 1 & half hrs to serve only rice & daal even after repeated calling for 3 times. Compared to the rates, experienced service is not near to any rating. Disappointed.
Took one and half hour to deliver food in room
You will get response of house keeping person after 3 calls. Breakfast spread os not adequate and taste is also not upto the mark

Very good to stay, friendly staff, good quality food, neat and clean, everything have what need in hood hotel, have GYM also with good workout equipment, I always feel stay here like am staying at my home
