I stayed there recently on a business trip
The hotel is located in the city area.
The exterior is not very impressive but the rooms are fine
I have some suggestions about some issues though
My room s door lock was faulty and it kept on getting stuck
The dury manager at front desk is a bit slow in doing anything
The room service was good and prompt
Overall, a good place to stay

I was on a personal trip and stayed in deluxe room. The room size was medium very less movement space, facilities were mediocre. The food was just okay and I felt it was expensive according to this city. Please don't expect much as this is not like other hotels chain. This is located on Kanpur one of the famous attraction Moti Lake. Suggestion: Take a walk in Moti Lake during morning or evening hours.

Stayed for a night in this hotel during a quick business trip.
Checked in early in the morning.. The staff was supportive and ready to assist.
Complimentary break fast was not buffet but a la carte.. But we ordered misc items and room service served all of them. Good tasty breakfast. Neat and clean room and bathroom too.
Overall good hotel to stay in Kanpur.
One of the worst places that I have stayed in recent times the rooms are decent size and that's the best thing about this hotel the rooms are not well maintained the staff do not care the food below average and I would never recommended this place to anyone please look for other places
Recently I had an opportunity to stay in the hotel and the room where I had stayed was small with very less movement spaces, however it was 'comfortably cozy' and not 'uncomfortably suffocating'. And the service was excellent being accomodative by serving dinner beyond the usual functioning time [Served even when we reached the hotel at around 11:45 pm due to flight and transit delay]
