Average standard hotel with low maintenance and staff shortage. Staff tried their best but Hotel not equipped to handle if all rooms get booked. Has a bundled dinner offer which should be avoided at all costs - delayed service, average quality food. Avoid the Hotel if you are looking for quality non veg food

Marriage gatherings and Indian cuisine restaurant available. Special thanks to Mr. Shikhar who helped me to check in smoothly.
Never book a banquet here. They have cancelled my banquet booking which I did for my sister marriage. How terrible it would be that you do a proper booking for your sister's marriage and fee days before you come to know that it is cancelled. They didn't even talk properly and no compensation was offered. I even written to Clarks inn hotel and did not get any response.
Pathetic service actually. They may cancel your marriage booking if they get bigger party or any other offer. Better to avoid this place for function. we requested Mr. Nikhil of banquet that why you did this - he has no answer.
If order tea, feel fortunate if you get it the next day, that too in smelly dirty PLASTIC cups. (They say hot liquid in plastic causes cancer).
There are no buckets and mugs in bathrooms. Beware senior citizens or people with knee pain. You don’t have any stool to sit and bathe. Rooms are not checked before guest moves in. Many don’t have towels even.
Service is pathetic. The hotel supposedly belongs to some politician, so arrogance is everywhere to see. Your small requests are treated with contempt.
Property is good but location VERY bad to say the least. Area has high air pollution.
To summarise - AVOIDABLE.
1. Housekeeping is poor, seems staff comes in room for keeping toothbrush only. Room floor was dirty, foods which were lying at floor they didn't clean at it.
2. Always I have to call and ask for shaving kit shoe shiner which they are supposed to keep while cleaning the room.
3. Breakfast quality is poor, low quality fruit offered ( only pappaih and apple, quality is low), low quality cakes offered in breakfast. Apart from that in main course of breakfast only poori and idli offered ( taste is not ok).
4. Even staff don't have courtesy to keep water in glass at breakfast table always I have to ask for it.
5. Today I asked for poori which I didn't get even after 15 minutes which as a customer I expect it should be available at buffet table. I finish my incomplete breakfast because I could not wait such long and doesn't seems good keep asking.
6. Tea taste is pathetic and also when ordered it takes 10 minutes time for your team to serve it.
