I stayed at Citi Club located in the heart of the Kanpur city, and while it boasts premium class facilities, I was somewhat disappointed with the room size. The location is undoubtedly a major plus.

The hotel's amenities are top-notch and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The fitness center is also excellent features.

However, the room size left much to be desired. It felt cramped, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple. Despite the small space, the room was beautifully and well-maintained, but it's important to manage your expectations in terms of size.

In summary, if you prioritize location and premium amenities over room size, this hotel could be a great choice. Just be prepared for cozy quarters during your stay.

Wonderful Stay! The rooms were clean and hygienic. I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Appreciate the hospitality, food and prompt service. They have 5-a side football ground as well, well enjoyed.

location is good. airconditioning is irritatingly weak. your complimentary breakfast is served to you in your room, so the menu options are limited. but the quantity, quality and presentation of it, is good. cleanliness is ok. room size is comfortable. as a budget hotel with some extra features, it does its job well. at multiple locations within the hotel, they inform the guest, don't leave your belongings unattended, we are not responsible.
