We stayed in Villa Anjali for 2 weeks in June. It was perfect, the gardens well tended and the pool was divine, just what we needed as it was very hot weather. The villa itself was well equipped with TVs wifi, all necessary kitchen appliances. It was also very clean, we even had a cleaner on our 2nd week who changed bed linen etc, a nice touch we thought.
A car is not needed as you are about 10 mins walk from Pernera with bars and restaurants and there is a bus stop near by. If you need a taxi it is 8 euros into Protaras, but if you stand at the bus stop a taxi will usually stop and barter with you.
We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property and the owner is very responsive to any queries you may have.

I stayed at this villa with my husband, sister, her partner and their 4mth baby - it was perfect,, you literally don't want for anything. We arranged transfers to and from the airport, our flight going out was delayed by 1 hour but the taxi was there waiting for us when we got outside, we also booked a taxi to go to the Metro supermarket - I would highly recommend this, they are cheap, prompt and friendly. The villa was spotless, the bedrooms were great with loads of storage in all of them . It's about 20 min stroll into Pinera and about 30-40 mins into Protaras (this May sound a lot, but it's lovely to just stroll along the sea front into Protaras. Booking this Vila was so easy, the owner replied to all emails promptly - really helpful and nothing was too much trouble, we arrived late, and the welcome pack waiting for us was amazing! If you're thinking of booking this villa but not sure - do it, you won't regret it....!

Just back from our holiday in Cyprus with family.
Staying at the Villa Anjali in Proteras was a relaxing time in luxury surroundings.
The Villa is quietly situated and very peaceful, yet only minutes from the beaches of Golden Coast and Ayia Triada.
We were a family of five, and made full use of the sparkling pool which was cleaned regularly.
The kitchen has all mod cons, and we had lots of meals cooked on the outside bar-b-q.
Beds are really comfortable, and there are plenty of towels, extra pillows etc.
Decor downstairs is tasteful, with full TV service and a Wii that the children really appreciated when the temperature outside hit 38 degrees.
Would recommend this lovely Villa Anjali, and the excellent responses of owner, Mr Chavda, who replied to every email I sent within 24 hours.
A thoroughly great and stress free experience.
As a large group we stayed at both Shivali and Anjali villas (next door to each other). Both villas were exceptional - well furnished, spacious and comfortable. A real home from home. We had a small problem with the air conditioning in one of the villas but this was quickly sorted out by the agents. It would be worth bringing a phone with you as there isn't one in the villas and this is the only way to get hold of the agents should you have a problem.
The welcome pack was really useful, particularly if, like us, you arrive late. WiFi was a little hit and miss but it did the job. TV channels were limited but this did not bother us at all.
The owner responded quickly to all emails and arranged for us to be collected at the airport without any problems.
Whilst it is true that you don't need a car, we decided to hire one because we found it really exhausting to walk even for the shortest time in 40 degree heat in August. The holiday was even more enjoyable once we had the car and meant we could go the local Lidl to stock up and drove to the Protaras strip every evening (parking is no problem). If you are in doubt, driving here is one of the easiest we have experienced abroad.
All in all, lovely villas, lovely locals, lovely area. We would definitely come back!
