Wow, what an incredible experience! Erika visited us in Monterosso to help us prepare for a 60th birthday celebration, and it was beyond perfect. She brought a wonderful selection of fresh ingredients and all the necessary equipment for our cooking class.
Despite being a large group, Erika skillfully guided us through making the most delicious tiramisu and even taught us how to hand-make pasta from scratch. It was such a joy to be part of the activities, learning so many valuable tips and cooking tricks along the way.
That evening, we were able to enjoy our celebration with the fantastic meal we had prepared earlier. Thank you so much, Erika, for making it such a memorable and fun-filled day – we had an absolute blast!
Food, service and timing were excellent. They way to tell about the food was clear and interesting and they were happy and smiley people. I strongly recommend their service. We enjoyed every moment of it!
We loved the cooking class of Erika!! She learned us a lot about preparing typical Italian food and we had an amazing dinner at our holiday address. She was super kind and patient, also with the small kids in the group! Thank you Erika for this unforgettable experience!
This was the most amazing experience! This is how we ended our trip and it was the best possible way to experience traditional local food. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Fresh and delicious. I highly recommend!
The food was amazing for our birthday dinner with 15 people. It was so nice to have them come to our house for the dinner. They brought everything and set the table very nicely. They even made special food to accommodate our gluten and dairy allergies. My favorite was the homemade pasta and the tiramisu!
My family and I scheduled a private cooking class with Erika 2 summers ago. We were staying in Lucca, so we were close enough to drive to her house for the class. It was such a unique experience, my boys still talk about it to this day. We handmade tiramisu, tagliatelle and a ragu sauce, along with rosemary pork. It was very laid-back with no schedule, so we were probably there for 5 hours. We sampled Prosecco and lemoncello throughout the process and enjoyed a wonderful Tuscan red with our dinner. She was so patient with our boys, who can sometimes be a little antsy. They were totally locked in because they were involved with the entire process. I highly recommend spending an afternoon learning to cook with Erika. I just wish I had posted this sooner.
