The hotel is in a nice spot, very good views of the sea and a spectacular sunset each night, it’s about a 20 minute walk into the centre. The walk back is up a hill, so it’s a bit of a challenge in the heat. The staff were all very friendly, we just got the feeling that it was the end of the season and they’d had enough for one summer. The food spoils a very nice hotel, it wasn’t very nice and was often cold, a better choice is needed. The pool is fabulous, we just felt the hotel something more to keep guests occupied.

We loved the staff all friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but you don't come on holiday to sit in your room. Rooms need to be cleaned more as our bathroom never seemed to get cleaned properly. We went all inclusive, we found the food just ok . They need to work on the selection and not same stuff all the time. Sunbeds need changing as a lot are cracked. Saying all this for the price we paid I would go back .

The hotel is a situated a gentle 15-20 minute stroll from Pefkos. Although we booked all inclusive (it was the same price of most of the self catering apartments) we only ate breakfast and a couple of lunches at the hotel.
The breakfast wasn't great at all, the coffee in particular was awful. There was a hotel selection, pastries, tinned fruit and lovely fresh bread.
The lunches although a small selection were tasty and well presented. The drinks are not as bad as other Greek all inclusives. The beer vap is palatable as is the white wine although tastes better with a splash of soda.
The service we have received at the hotel has been exceptional, every member of staff we have encountered has been friendly and welcoming.
The rooms although described as luxury are not. They are functional and modern. There was always plenty of hot water available.
With a few tweaks this could be an amazing hotel. The pool area is great as is the roof top bar.
The breakfast selection needs to be improved, would have loved some fresh melon as does the coffee. The breakfast service also finishes at 9:30 which is half an hour too early.
The sunbeds round the pool are so uncomfy and some are cracked.
The mattresses in the room are crazy hard and don't do your back any favours!
Other than a few negatives this hotel is a great little find and would recommend as a great base for touring Rhodes.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Had not stayed this side of Rhodes before. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The all-inclusive had a great variety of food, all of which tasted great.

The rooms were fine, and we had a balcony view. The hotel is close the town of Pefki. There was free parking, and a hotel shuttle that will take you to the local beach (Lees beach).

My only gripe, and it is very small, is that the tv in the room only had BBC World and CNBC News as English speaking channels.

We arrived about 9.30 in the evening with another couple of people to be told there were technical issues with the rooms and we would be moved that night to another hotel for 1, maybe 2 nights. All 4 of us piled into a taxi and were sent to a sister Hotel 'The Olive Garden'. The guy on reception wasn't particularly apologetic but reading other reviews he is probably fed up of having to apologise to disgruntled customers. We decided to stay at the Olive Garden so I cant review the Eagles Nest any more except to say I wouldn't try to stay here again as the booking issues have put me off.
It was interesting to note when we got to the Olive Garden that we were on the printed arrivals list for that day.......
