Perfect family hotel. Cannot rate this place high enough. From the friendliest welcome at reception to beautiful pool areas good value supermarket and snack bars clean spacious rooms and entertainment. What more could you ask for. Beach is just a 5 min walk as is the main strip with a wide selection of bars restaurants gift shops and pharmacy. We travelled as a family of 5 incl two 5 ye olds and couldn’t have wished for a better holiday ❤️

Our 3rd stay at the matina since we've been going to pefkos the past 11 years!
Absolutely superb hotel and staff can't rate the matina highly enough a big thankyou to everyone associated with the matina....the pallas family stergios David George tsampika and everybody else....the new rooftop taverna is wonderful we upgraded to half board and every single evening meal we tried was outstanding. A massive thankyou to George and tsampika who looked after us on the meltemi rooftop taverna

First time staying here. Appartments were spacious, clean, and well equipt, cleaners come in daily. 2 lovely pools with lots of sunbeds, abc supermarket on site with everything you need. Laundry room with free usage of machines. 2 bars both which also do food at good prices and available for takeaway, the beach is a 2 min walk away which is ideal. Also i must say the staff are brilliant! Nothings to much trouble, polite, just lovely. A big mention to philio in the bar and absaloute star! and also the girls in the supermarket, they all work super hard. Would definatly come back. Miss it already 😭

What a fantastic place! The Matina is such a wonderful place to stay. Two large pools to choose from, I liked the one with the snack bar served by the lovely Stergos and young David. These two guys were amazing to me, always chatting, mainly David who was always talking football with me, they should get a raise because nothing was too much trouble. The reception girls were a delight, the ABC supermarket staff a pleasure too.
My room was spacious and very comfortable, room 507.
You should use the adjacent Meltemi Restaurant because the food was exemplary, the staff great too!
I would definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best I have ever stayed in, you will not be disappointed.

The apartments are lovely. 99 percent of the staff are lovely. Except one foul woman with glasses on. She works behind the snack bar after the lovely David has finished his shift at 4. We are all watching the football and two days in a row she turns the sound down and blasts her music. The whole bar is gobsmacked. We ask her to turn it back up please as the whole bar is watching it. She argues back with us all that we aren’t watching it. What I suspect is that she doesn’t want us to order drinks to give her an easy life. The woman is rude. The Matina should seriously get rid of her. What a vile specimen.
