2nd visit to Island Blue, positives - great location, close to beach and town, great size of rooms, good housekeeping and brilliant aircon. Negatives - bathrooms could do with updating, virtually no WiFi and large noisy groups of wedding guest’s laying ownership to areas of the pool & poolside areas, reserving sun loungers for non guests and generally spoiling the relaxing vibe, would put me off returning unfortunately.

This is our 5th stay between island blue and Pefki island resort but our first time to book directly.
This was a great as they provide airport transfers both ways.
Standards are always good here, adults only pool area outside Elia restaurant is good, an odd time you will find children here unfortunately.
Cocktails are good at the bars and they have entertainment provided some nights

Don’t get me wrong we really liked this hotel but I’m not sure why it’s received a platinum rating by TUI! It’s relatively basic but clean and the rooms are big. The bathroom could do with an update though. Breakfast is good and offers everything you could want. We particularly like the cocktails at the pool bar they were lovely. The location is really good and just a short walk to all that Pefkos has to offer. It has a really nice chilled atmosphere to the hotel and there was no fight for sun loungers.

WIth regards to Tui, they have always rated the hotel highly since we opened as we get such great feedback from guests. Im not sure exactly what their requirements are for advertising hotels as platinum but we always try to ensure our guests receive a positive experience and stay with us.

My partner and I stayed at Island blue for a weeks holiday. We were very impressed by the hotel. Breakfast was great - lots of choice and everything was fresh and good quality. Our room was extremely spacious with a beautiful view over the pool and the sea. The cleaning service was great and our bedsheets got changed almost daily. Huge pool with the option of using the other pools at the resort too which made finding a sun-bed easy. We found the pool bar great for a snack and a drink during the day.
It was great that the hotel provided free airport transfers if you booked directly through them. However, on the return they initially gave us a 6pm transfer for a 7:40pm flight. We did have to speak to reception regarding this and was quite frustrating pleading with them to get the time of the transfer earlier. They did however change it to a suitable time eventually which we were grateful for.
The only other negative aspect was the WiFi. We found we couldn’t use the WiFi at all as it had very weak signal and kept cutting out. Not in our room or by the pool which was a shame. We ended up spending much more on data roaming than we had hoped for. The hotel promised WiFi in the description but it was practically unusable.
Overall, a great stay at Island Blue. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Thank you for feedback with regards the departure transfer. I can only assume this time given was definately in error because as standard our return time is always 3 hours before the flight. I glad it was resolved - please let me know any further details of this mixup to xenofon@aeonian.gr so that i can look into where the error occured.

Excellent time staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean by the brilliant cleaning ladies. Maria needs a special mention, she always had a smile on her face. The pool area is excellent and the food at the pool bar very good. Breakfast was a great variety and very good. It was my birthday while I was there and I received a lovely cake. I would definitely use this hotel again. My sister and I both enjoyed our 2 weeks at the hotel.
