The room was very shabby and the hotel dark and uninspiring. We were disappointed that the dining room did not open for breakfast until 8am by which time there was a large group of people (a coach party) all waiting which meant a real scrum in the dining room. Nice coffee and orange juice but croissants and cakes all prepackaged. The only bread was sliced for toast and tomato which looked nice but would have meant a long wait for the toaster so did not bother.. Delayed our hoped for early start.
The huge swimming pool was closed for refurbishment - at the very time of year people would want to use it as it was very hot. The only good thing about the hotel was that there were some very pleasant young staff.More
