It was good price for four days...But the hotel is like a hostel. It makes you feel like you are in university campus. It has medium to big size swimming pool but not suitable for young children. It is 1.50 to 3.20 metres deep.
I stayed there with my mum and my 10 years old child for 4 days. They didn't change towels and the bed sheets for 4 days at all.
If you don't really think about noises and cleaning and etc it is good hotel as a budget hotel.
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to the town center but it is not possible to get in between 19.30 to 21.30 they are all full. If you are young and enjoying walking you can walk to the center as it is 1.5 km. And any taxi costs 7EUROS from the hotel to the center.

Room tip: Our room was number 125 and it was soooo noisy and so much light because it was the first level on top of the main entrance

Firstly my experience as a traveller should count. I've been to hotels all over the world....I don't mean 1 hotel in a few countries, I mean lots of hotels in lots of countries. The lady who greeted me was called Emilia. She was attentive, offered advice on locations of buses, hire cars, bikes and beaches. I've never had such good customer service (without being fake). The beaches close by are fantastic. Good view of turkey. Kos town is about 30 mins walk, safe and you pass lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets...Easy 5 min bus trip to town too. The pool is great. Medium sized to large, not small like people have said....listen I was off season, just....but kos goes from 35,000 people to 750,000 at high season....if you can get a hotel like this anywhere else for the price and comfort....let me know.....I'll bet you can't.

In general, considering the low price it's good value for money. The hotel is old but well maintained. Rooms has TV and air condition. The hotel has a small pool, and the beach is 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast is generous for *** hotel. The place is 1.5 km from the town – there is an option to rent bicycle (3 Euros a day) and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Bad points – the hotel use to host teenagers, who tend to be laud and to smoke anywhere. Second, reception isn't very friendly. And one last thing – hotel beds not very comfortable.

We stayed for 2 weeks in Aug 2012. Economic downturn has meant the Hotel has had to close its Greek restaurant, poolside bar/cafe and tennis court but is still being advertised as having them. Building has been painted this year but lots of severe cracks in balconies and poolside area. Generally whole place looks and feels run down. Hotel now takes bookings from large groups of teenagers from countries such as Israel who, despite having to now employ a security guard run drunk, amok at all hours of the day and night keeping our family awake most nights. Hotel says it is walking distance to Kos Town but it is a good half hour and not possible for kids. Last bus in eve back is 9.30pm which is a bit early. Wouldn't recommend hotel for couples and families but for young groups is fine.

Room tip: Check with the hotel direct and get it in writing that you have a fridge and a/c in your room as without them it would be insufferable.

We stayed there for two weeks in end of july - beginning of august 2011. The first room we got had a leak from the air-condition, the fridge only functioned when you stayed in the room (!) and since it was the ground floor, near the reception area, it was quite noisy. We asked for another room and the manager was very helpful and kindly offered us a far better room in the first floor. This room was satisfying. The breakfast buffet was quite nice with a surprisingly broad selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and peaceful. The hotel is situated about 25 minutes walk from Kos city, witch is nice if you want to avoid the party zone!
All and all this hotel give you a lot value for the money. Normally you just sleep there, eat breakfast and have a shower. If that's your goal - Cosmopolitan is recommended!

Room tip: Avoid ground floor - near the reception area.
