Stayed at the hotel, including breakfast, dinner at the brasserie and dinner at the Michelin star restaurant.
We had a good-sized roon, which was weirdly decorated - not our taste. There was a huge bathroom with bath and shower stall. Open of course, so the bathroom floor gets wet. And in spite of the ample size and the good supply of towels, there was no spot anywhere to hang them. Thye could easily have made a proper towel rack on the one wall that sported a single hook. Separate toilet, which is always good. Good mattress, pillows too floppy. Our room was in a quiet corner, with restful views over sopme fields.
The restaurant was certainly worth its star, beatifullly presented tasteful food. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Breakfast was served at the brasserie. In spite of corona rules, there was a buffet and social distnacing was not observed.
Dinner at the brasserie was OK, just what we expoected from such an establishment.
The e-bikes we had rented from the hotel to explore the beautiful countryside were not well maintained unfortunately.
But all in all we had a pleasant 3 day stay.
