We stayed at Hotel Tierra de Biescas for three nights so we could explore this beautiful part of the Pyrenees. This attractive hotel is on the edge of the small town, with lovely views over the garden and countryside. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and good value. The shower/washbasin area is open to the bedroom and this might not suit everyone.
The hotel restaurant turned out to be the best place in town to have dinner. A traditional Spanish menu of the day is offered at a reasonable price. Very busy at times, the restaurant staff were run off their feet! A generous buffet breakfast was popular.
We enjoyed the swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden. There is plenty of free car parking by the hotel.
Biescas has a few cheap cafes and one or two tapas bars to try. Bicycles for hire at the bridge give you another option for having a look around. Bird-watchers will find plenty to see!More
