The Entertainment Team is amazing! Xquenda, Roman, Viri, Chris, Luis, Alma, Carlos, Victor and Adulid went out of their way to make our trip special! They are truly awesome! We stayed a week over the 4th of July. The hotel staff was great as well. They made you feel at home.

Wonderful trip. This is our second Iberostar resort and the hospitality is top notch. Victor was AMAZING as our Club point of contact. He got us reservations for dinner that were booked. Michell (concierge) was so kind and always helpful. Shout out to my girl Cinthia at the gym! Had a private Pilates class with her and she was an absolute gem. Only thing my husband and I would have liked to see more of is activities at the Grand. The lack of things to do other than eat and drink were sparse, but the attentiveness of the staff was top notch. They did everything possible to make our anniversary special.

Manuel and Cesar at the Italian restaurant were excellent! Both were very accommodating and attentive, especially with one of my family members eating a vegan diet. We had a great dinner and experience at the Iberostar. Food was excellent.

The staff at the hotel is absolutely exceptional and make this resort so special! This was our 25th time at an Iberostar property, and our 15th visit to this resort. The bartenders are phenomenal - Rodrigo, Humberto, Jonatan, Gabriel, Miguel! The pool waitresses are the sweetest - Luz Maya, Leticia, Rosa and Daniella. Elizabeth & Mirna as the pool concierges always greeted us with a big smile and assistance in setting up our chairs every day. Emilio is our favorite waiter hands down (but Melchor is also absolutely incredible). We also adore butler, Angel! We have known him from the time he was a waiter and are so happy to continue to succeed at the hotel - he will always do the extra mile to make your trip absolutely wonderful! Adriana also made the best eggs over easy for us all week long in the buffet!!! Carlos & Daniel’s “chefs choice” at the Haiku sushi bar was the best meal we’ve ever had in all of our visits to this property - so delicious!!! Another great trip in the books and hope to be back again soon!

Great experience at the grand. Rodolfo at the French restaurant was amazing and so attentive. The people are what make the grand the best! The food was amazing and the restaurant was beautiful. We will definitely be back to visit again! Great time!
