Rodolfo was a great waiter and our food was amazing! He was very attentive and helped us with all our questions! He even gave us a special wine to try! There wasn’t a singular moment that we didn’t have water or drinks at our table. He made sure that our food came out quickly and hot.

We ate at the Le’Atelier French restaurant at Iberostar Grand Paraiso. Leticia was our waitress. She was outstanding. Food was excellent. I had the Beef Wellington, French onion soup and crème brûlée. Wonderful meal with impeccable service.

Absolutely loved this place. Amazing service. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Beds were not the most comfortable, but I would stay here again and again due to the amazing service. Rooms were clean. The food was delightful. Beach was always clean. Scuba diving was amazing at this location with the most positive, friendly staff! Loved the entire experience here. I have yet to find a hotel that compares to this one.

The Grand is a beautiful place and has wonderful staff. Alexis was so helpful with day to day details, maps, booking options, etc. Antonio in the lobby bar makes the best espresso martini. The Rhapsody staff were great as well. We will definitely be back because of how nice the staff have been, and the beautiful amenities Iberostar has to offer.

While at the resort I popped in to do a tasting with new friends at the resort. Bruno did an excellent job leading us through a tasting of Argentinian wines. Very knowledgeable and the food pairings were outstanding. Definitely coming back!
