The Grand is a beautiful place and has wonderful staff. Alexis was so helpful with day to day details, maps, booking options, etc. Antonio in the lobby bar makes the best espresso martini. The Rhapsody staff were great as well. We will definitely be back because of how nice the staff have been, and the beautiful amenities Iberostar has to offer.

While at the resort I popped in to do a tasting with new friends at the resort. Bruno did an excellent job leading us through a tasting of Argentinian wines. Very knowledgeable and the food pairings were outstanding. Definitely coming back!

Alexis is fantastic! He was helpful booking our spa and answering questions. Always a welcoming greeting every time we go to the lobby.
Food and drinks were good. We still need to go to the Italian restaurant.
Massages were excellent.
Room has been good.
