Spent a week in October here, The villa was spotless and very well appointed. The villa is very close to a supermarket and the shopping complex has lots of excellent bars and restaurants - Special mention to the Italian place, called "Macaroni". It's one of the best restaurants we've been to in Tenerife and also very reasonable.
The aircon in the bedrooms was great, my daughter had her room set to 17c and slept no problem. The villa has fast wifi, the TV allows you to stream video from phone/tablet, be warned probably need to download them first in the UK, because I couldn't get Netflix to playback. Although anything else downloaded worked no problem. The swimming pool is good size and has a lovely smooth synthetic surface underwater. The conservatory area is great for eating and temperature wasn't a problem as you could slide doors at either side to allow air to pass through. The kitchen was good size and had loads of glasses/crockery/utensils, so it was very easy to cook there. The street was quiet, so not lot of noise at night and easy to get parking space. I found the agent really easy to deal with and was very quick in responding to questions about getting keys etc. One other lovely thing the villa has is a passion fruit tree, that now goes all the way round the wall at the front and has loads of ripe fruit - perfect - when you've just come out the pool :-)
Perfect location, beautiful property, immaculate both inside and out and a perfect place to retreat for a relaxing holiday. Bars, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance if required.
