“Beautiful villa, stunning gardens”

Had a lovely stay in this villa. Beautifully presented both inside and out and pool was like a bath. Eight family members stayed here aged from one to 88 and everyone was happy. In a very nice area, spotlessly clean and safe. We hired cars but taxis are cheap. Outside gardens are truly stunning with loads of comfortable sun beds and three seating area, and with two balconies and a rooftop terrace there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. Nice big travel cots and sturdy high chairs for babies. Maybe an extra pillow on each bed would have been nice, but very small criticism of 100% holiday.

“good outside area but inside needs updating and description incorrect”
Reviewed 19 November 2014 for a stay in November 2014

although myself and our friends had a lovely holiday the property is different to how its explained in the discription.
firstly their was no outside shade due to the fact that the remote control had gone missing but a new one had been ordered 3 weeks prior to our stay so if you wanted to get out of the sun you had to go indoors as no parasols provided.
their is no shower room only a family bathroom en suite bedroom and a downstairs toilet.
the inside as previously said needs some work as their is a lot of water damage woodwork plaster.
the property was clean but very tired.

Management Response
24 May 2015
We were in the villa ourselves in December and January.
The water damage was caused by kids playing with water in the bathrooms and leaving it open just before they left the house for an excursion. It has all been repaired and repainted.
Also we have finally received our new dining chairs.
A new outside lounge set and new stone barbecue are added to the outside area, as well. And 3 additional new sun beds on the large roof terrace.
The pool terrace has an electric shedder covering the terrace on 3 to 4 m ! It is really big. The important thing is to put the remote back in its place. Some customers seem not be able to find it or even notice the existence of this shedder. Look at the picture of the villa and zoom in : it is attached under the upstairs terrace. So no problem for your kids. There is a security on it : when the wind is too strong it closes automatically to avoid it to be damaged.
There is also a 2nd sofa area on the other side of the garden where is shade almost all day.

“Good outdoor space, inside needs TLC.”
Reviewed 7 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

We stayed here end of July/ first week in August.
Good outside space. Average inside.

The pool area and rear garden is lovely.
Some furniture needs replacing. The red leather settee at the top of the stairs, and the living room dining chairs are in need of re-upholstering or disposing off. There has been water damage to downstairs walls and wood work near the downstairs WC. This is the same outside the main bathroom at the top of the stairs. Not quite what I expected. The advert describes the villas as brand new. It isn't brand new. The owners need to spend a bit of money to carry out the aesthetic repairs. I have stayed in other villas in the near locality for similar rental, and they are in better condition.
The villa is in a reasonably quiet residential area. You need a car to explore really. I would recommend the villa if the inside gets a little TLC.

“Terrific location and great villa”
Reviewed 11 July 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Location great, even thou you need a car there are still supermarkets, various places to drink and eat close by, villa needing a few areas seen to as plaster falling off walls but not major, pool great kitchen facilities and rooms spacious thou need to remember that sofa bed in spare room. Don't bank on watching TV as we lost signal most of the time.
