Just returned from a wonderfully relaxing week here. Loved our bungalow, clean, and comfortable beds. Children's pool with play area in it was just perfect for my two daughters aged 4 and 5!! They were rarely out of water and it felt very safe. Small park next to this pool so children have choice of both. Rarely used large pool as was not so relaxing as sun Loungers very packed in.

We were inclusive and would definitely recommend great choice of food and drinks!!

Evening entertainment was geared up for children with mini disco and snake and eagle shows. Johnny circus was very very funny, beware of sitting on front row though!!

Would definitely return to this hotel.

Just returned from another of our big family trips to Adeje. Around 18 of us this time. Of the 3 hotels we've used there in Adeje, this is the best.

Very clean, really good staff, quality food, lovely setting by pool and outside areas.

Hotel is really nicely spread out. The family bungalows are very spacious with ample storage. There is wifi at the hotel but only in selected places, mainly reception - would be good to have in the bedrooms and at the pool though.

Just a couple of minor moans - 1) there is little or no air con in the inside bar area and reception. This means that if there is insufficient seating outside, it's very warm inside, 2) like many other hotels nowadays gents are requested to wear trousers in the dining room. I have tailored shorts which are more comfortable and cooler to wear. I'd rather be allowed to wear nice shorts than forced to wear a pair of jeans and then change straight after the meal!

All in all a good hotel and I reckon we'll be booking again for 2016!

Large pool but tiles coming off the floor, spacious apartment but lazy cleaner, kitchen and bathroom surfaces not wiped until penultimate day so possibly hoping for a large tip. Plenty of sun beds but several very saggy and need replacing. Basically the place needs some money spending on it as it's looking a bit tired.

Distinguished Sarah,
Thank you for your comments, we are always looking for the best ways to prioritize the tasks required in our complex.
We will look into our procedures for the cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. I can assure you that we are conscious of all the work needed, but never with the objective of obtaining tips as you have commented. Our staff work in the best interests of our guests at all times.
Thank you for visiting us; we will be delighted to see you again in our complex and be able to chat together.
With best regards

My family of 4 stayed in a one-bed bungalow over half term Oct 2015. The rooms were light, clean, comfortable and we had a kitchenette. The food (we went half-board) was very good with lots of seafood and local dishes to choose from. The facilities were good too with a not-too-overcrowded swimming pool, tennis courts and table tennis. Overall, it was a decent hotel with friendly staff and in a good location 5-10mins walk from the beach.

The only downsides were
1. We had to ask for a replacement bathroom bin (pedal was broken) FOUR times before we got one
2. A neighbouring hotel played very loud music every night so I had to wear ear plugs to bed.

This is a decent 3-4 star with no "wow" features but does the job for a week's holiday.

P.S. If you have small children, then I'd definitely recommend Aqua Land. We originally thought we'd take our 8 year olds to Siam Park (bigger water park) but glad we didn't as Aqua Land was the perfect size for them.
