Large pool but tiles coming off the floor, spacious apartment but lazy cleaner, kitchen and bathroom surfaces not wiped until penultimate day so possibly hoping for a large tip. Plenty of sun beds but several very saggy and need replacing. Basically the place needs some money spending on it as it's looking a bit tired.

Distinguished Sarah,
Thank you for your comments, we are always looking for the best ways to prioritize the tasks required in our complex.
We will look into our procedures for the cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. I can assure you that we are conscious of all the work needed, but never with the objective of obtaining tips as you have commented. Our staff work in the best interests of our guests at all times.
Thank you for visiting us; we will be delighted to see you again in our complex and be able to chat together.
With best regards

My family of 4 stayed in a one-bed bungalow over half term Oct 2015. The rooms were light, clean, comfortable and we had a kitchenette. The food (we went half-board) was very good with lots of seafood and local dishes to choose from. The facilities were good too with a not-too-overcrowded swimming pool, tennis courts and table tennis. Overall, it was a decent hotel with friendly staff and in a good location 5-10mins walk from the beach.

The only downsides were
1. We had to ask for a replacement bathroom bin (pedal was broken) FOUR times before we got one
2. A neighbouring hotel played very loud music every night so I had to wear ear plugs to bed.

This is a decent 3-4 star with no "wow" features but does the job for a week's holiday.

P.S. If you have small children, then I'd definitely recommend Aqua Land. We originally thought we'd take our 8 year olds to Siam Park (bigger water park) but glad we didn't as Aqua Land was the perfect size for them.

We stayed on a B&B basis & went out each evening to eat, so we cannot comment on dinner or the entertainment provided in the hotel.
Our apartment was a good size, contained everything we needed, the balcony got afternoon sun & it was very quiet after 11pm. All areas were a good standard of cleanliness.
We reported a crack in the shower screen - admitted that we fell and caused the damage. The staff were only concerned that we had not been injured and the repair man was already fixing the screen before we had walked back from reception.
Breakfast was a large range of choices and good quality.
The hotel was a steep uphill walk from the beach - seemed to be the furthest hotel away from the sea. This suited us as we wanted to be away from the noisy traffic and busy tourist areas.

Room tip: Room 132 was farthest from reception on the whole site, first floor with lift access. Balcony received afternoon sun only, but rooms in area to the right of our entry way would have received no sun on their balconies. This room was quieter than those closer to the main pool and the outdoor evening entertainment area. Good for young children who sleep earlier.

Stayed here for October half term. 2 kids aged 10 and 18 months? We had bungalow near children's pool. Great location. Not far from large pool and kids play areas. Room spotlessly clean, maid came every day, but did see a cockroach on two occasions in bathroom. Suggest you leave the bathroom light on at night to discourage them. Possibly due to no window or extractor in bath room so nice warm damp conditions for them. Didn't spoil the hol though. Had fully equipped kitchen area so could make coffee in the morning when we woke, before going to breakfast. Went AI and food was very good, great selection at every meal. Would recommend for families with little ones. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Free bus to Siam park is just across the road as is the market on Thursdays and Saturdays. Beach not too far about 10 minute walk as is the shopping mall with designer shops.

Room tip: Bungalows have small gardens. Rooms have balconies.
