The Lunotel can best be described as your typical edge of town stop-over accommodation. Stayed here as part of a cycle ride following the TDF, and all in all, for the short time here everything was fine. Even when we returned to the room and accidently blew ALL of the electrics the staff on hand (11.30pm Sunday) where fab. The room we had was expected to be a twin, but as it turned out was in fact a double with two twins. Hence, as a family you could do a lot worse, and pay a whole lot more.

My husband and I were vacationing in France with out 10 month old and he had to have an emergency appendectomy in St. Lo. We had rented a gite in the country, but only for a week and he was to be in the hospital for 11 days. Basic hotel, but the staff helped us so much and provided a baby bath, crib and diaper changing pad. Great group of people here!

Stayed here one night - basic overnight hotel stop. Having said that the staff were very friendly, food was uncomplicated but not the worst in the world and room was fresh and clean as well as spacious, although the bed was on the small side. I would stop here again if I needed a quick straightforward over night stop.

Stayed here for 1 night after having car trouble during a trip to France.
It's a lovely hotel about 20 mins walk from town centre or you can get a bus from just outside the hotel.
We were a party of 5, 2 adults & 3 teenagers. We had 2 rooms 1 double & 1 with a double & 2 singles. Rooms were lovely very clean. We were on the groung floor the room for 4 had a french door out to a grassed area next to the resturant & there was a small play area for young chidren. Although the hotel is close to a busy roundabout.
There was not alot of traffic noise as the rooms have double windows that are both double glazed.
Breakfast was lovely with a good choice & reasonable at 7 euro. Can't comment on evening meals.
Only minor problem is that the shower room/toilet is very small,But I loved this hotel & would definately stay there again

Good hotel slightly away from the bustle of the city centre. We had a family room which slept 3 comfortably. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean throughout and prices were very reasonable. Not a bad place for a stop-over or a couple of nights.
