From the moment we arrived and saw the view out to the sea. We saw the lavender fields and had but one thought, we must return in June when the lavender blooms. The house is a Eco-house, solar electric and rain water, with solar hotwater heater and gas hotplates. Yet the best was yet to come, we walked around the ghosttown of Humac for a couple of hours, so peaceful and looking at the beautiful old stone houses. We returned to the house where a fire was going in the kitchen and had a wonderful lunch of local hams ,cheeses, sardines, olives and wonderful fresh bread and olive oil, all washed down by local made wines by Mario's family from Vrisnik. We only had a day trip this time , but next time we will deffinitely stay for several nights. The most relaxing house I've ever been to. Thanks Mario for the wonderful time, my friends and I know know whereto go next time.
