This is for all the people who say there aren't any traditional restaurants in CT, infact there are lots and this is possibly the most authentic. Luis only opens during the day as nearly all his customers are locals. We stopped by for lunch and got the last table, we were the only non-Spanish in there. Tapas is the order of the day and we ordered 2 tapas, 2 1/2 portions, a glass of wine, a beer and a coke for the lad. All the food was great, cooked fresh and brought to the table when it was ready. Service was so friendly, there didn't appear to be any difference between how we were treated and how the locals were treated. Price for a huge lunch was 23 euros.
