Very welcoming dining room and good choice of typical regional meals and locally produced cheese, sausages, jams and more.

Our family stayed in the area for a week and our trip to Nestalp Malga Campo was definitely the standout. We took a footpath to the malga (a mountain house with food and lodging) which took about 2 hours. The malga is nestled in a perfect spot with views of various mountain ranges. We had the panacotta which was absolutely perfect! We met up with Luca, who is passionate about preserving the traditions and beauty of this malga. We were lucky that he was able to show us the old farmer's house on the grounds where he still makes fresh cheese daily and smokes it. We also toured the beautiful restored malga which has a restaurant and rooms to stay. It was so charming and perfect, we hope to return one day and stay for a couple of days!
