Consistently the best meals in South Canterbury along with excellent service by the chef himself and the bartenders. Can’t beat it! Steak is always absolutely perfect.

Delicious pea and asparagus risotto and the best steak In Waimate . Always happy to accommodate dietary requests. Nice country pub vibe with great staff.

What a beautiful hotel . Stayed just one night but will be back . Dinner was 5 star , room was beautiful with comfortable bed crisp clean linen and a great selection of pillows . I slept so well !!
The host Sam Murray was wonderful . Nothing too much trouble . I can’t wait to go back and highly recommend.
