We had a large spacious unit, with very comfortable beds. The Unit was clean and tidy and is located within walking distance into town to shops and Restaurants.
Lovely lady at Reception.
This is also a Pet Friendly Motel.

It’s the little things I notice and appreciate…thick quality toilet paper, nice hand wash, good shower strength, coffee and a plunger, a coffee mug, a recycle bin, and it’s very quiet. It’s not super flash but it’s clean, comfortable, and an easy stroll down to the blue pub for dinner. Great to get a king sized bed. Good value for money. We’d stay here again.

Clean and tidy apartment.
Everything you need for a short stay.
Very friendly lady on reception.
Whilst close to the road this did not intrude on our sleep quality.
Got dvd,s from reception to while away a rainy evening which was a shame as would have liked to pop down to the pubs!!!

The apartments in this motel are a decent size and are modern. I couldn't hear any of my neighbors through the walls, but there is no privacy when they walk past your apartment glass doors (unless you close your curtains).
There is everything that you need but the TV is tiny (even smaller than on our last cruise). The motel is only a five minute walk from town.
Be aware, that if you planned to cook that there is no dishwasher in the unit. There is also no (or very very slow) wifi in the room.

We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and were most grateful for being allowed to check in early. Thank you.
We had two nights here and would be happy to go back and stay.
Located a very short walk from the shops the Methven Motel is in a good location. Has a lovely view of the mountains too from the upper rooms.
We had one room and was very spacious and comfortable.
Had a good bed, arm chairs, tv, dining table and chairs, kitchenette with gas burners, good sized fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and enough room to spare to put our bags and a baby’s travel cot. The bathroom was very decent in size and had great heaters, fans and a spa bath!
The room temperature was always perfect and cozy.
We were offered servicing whilst staying there which was very kind.
No room for improvement, was very happy with the set up and the stay thank you.

Spent three nights in a large pet friendly motel. Huge rooms even had a bath and a full kitchen. Great friendly accommodating staff, great library of dvds great for the snowy afternoon. First time we have stayed in a pet friendly motel with our dog and it was totally non hassle. Great location to walk anywhere in Methven, an easy walk to the walkway for dog walks. Would stay here again.
