A very helpful owner and our large family unit was fantastic for our overnight stay. Comfy beds and the unit had absolutely everything we needed. Would definitely highly recommend this motel in Cheviot.

Easy to find roadside location next door to Cafe 8 ( well worth a visit)
Very spacious, we paid an extra dollar for a 2 bedroom studio, didn't really need the extra room but were just curious what a dollar can buy.
The kitchen area has everything you need, plus 2 spacious bedrooms and lounge area with a good size dining area.

We stayed at this Motel twice in July both after long days of travelling.
Broadview Motel is a great place to relax and unwind. We started in the bigger rooms 6 & 7 they are both two bedrooms.
The rooms are always very clean, the beds and sofas are super comfortable.

Stayed here for the one night. Lovely appointed rooms, loved the shower head!
Great location and well within walking distance of the local shops, small park area.
Motel owners were warm and friendly and very helpful at check in. Appreciated our stay here.

Stayed it this wonderful Motel while travelling the South Island.
We stayed in room 7 it was very well kitted out for a family, the only issue was the very noisey wall mounted fan heater.
The owner was very nice and accommodating.
We would definitely stay here again.

Cheviot is a good place to stop after the early ferry, the motel was clean and comfortable, just really hot and with two couples, the hostess had already taken the bill from a credit cards so couldn't split it. This is handy to really great food so was a good relaxation stop which we will use again.
