Great place for families. The beach was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. The kids enjoyed the water slides, football fields and swimming in the sea. We had two different rooms while we were there, both were comfortable. We’d love to return.

We went there for 10 days and had a great time. We are English so we found it quite difficult to communicate with some of the staff members and families. They have something for every age. Ages 10 - 17 had activites run by designated age leaders. You had plenty of freedom to roam around and the food was amazing. Would definetely recommend

We had a fantastic time at the Serenusa Resort! Everything from the facilities to the food was excellent, but what really made the trip special was the incredible animation team. A huge thank you to Federico, Nagi, Giga, Gloria and all the other staff for their hard work and enthusiasm. They made sure there were activities for everyone to enjoy, and their energy was truly contagious! We will definitely recommend Serenusa Resort to everyone we know.

All the staff were very friendly and professional.
The team in charge of the entertainment during the day but also at night did the extra mile.
We went with kids and friends and we had a great time. Lot of different activities along the day for everyone.

The staff at Serenusa resort are friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized service throughout my stay, I felt genuinely pampered. The only minor issue was a slight delay in room service one evening, but this was quickly rectified with a sincere apology.
