My room was attached to the old city wall, and was on 2 floors. Entry onto the steel upper floor also held the bathroom and closet. Down the steel stairs, past the deeply recessed window in the old city wall, and you find the large, comfortable bed and desk and TV. Quite an unusual layout, but fun. Dead silent rooms, since you are encased in either concrete and steel or the 3-foot thick wall!
Reception was OK, dinner outside in the courtyard was served from the excellent restaurant across the narrow street. I didn't have a chance to take the brewery tour, but it looked nice through the windows from the breakfast area in the restaurant. All through the hotel there were evidences of the brewery, from bier shampoo to various unusual bier themed foods on the menu, to souvenir bier-related bottled and jars full of nice edibles and potables. Certainly a place for beer fans!
