Out to dinner on a quiet Sunday night, I ordered garlic bread and grilled salmon. The bread was plentiful and delicious, the generous slice of salmon perfectly cooked, but the thing I loved the most was the perfectly cooked green vegetables and the extremely tasty polenta which accompanied it. Grilled zucchini, steamed beans, broccoli and bok choy. were delight for this vegetable lover. One of the best meals I have ever had,
