Tops: I am happy to note that the bad service mentioned in older reviews has been rectified. We received very good service (hotel guests, in restaurant service, dinner). All waiters were attentive and did not leave glasses nor bottles empty without the appropriate action.
Our food was excellent. We dropped the surprise menu and chose individual dishes including fish, meat, and vegetarian. It was all very well prepared and presented, and most importantly tasty.
Tips: Don't call yourself a brasserie, if you are not. Throw away chipped plates. Advise your personnel not to wear noisy shoes, or change the flooring. Don't charge extra for bread or mayonnaise. The terrace seems unattended. Nuts as amuse, is indeed brasserie style.
