The Menü reflects the tyrolean/South tyrolean character of the Restaurant : dumplings, Cheese Ravioli with melted Butter, beef and crumbed Chicken, boiled beef, lamb and liver. The crowning glory of a dinner are either the marmalade-filled pancakes or the Kaiserschmarrn - with caramelized sugar and raisins.
Service is gloriously handled by the Lady boss with her swishing skirts and traditional dress, the "Dirndl"... I could just sit and watch her at work charming her guests.
