The campsite was really pretty, well laid out and clearly looked after well. Our bell tent on the first night was more spacious than we expected, in a great position next to the hot tub and the beds were very comfortable. All members of staff were friendly and only too willing to help - the owner Paul was kind enough to drive us to Chichester on Sunday when the local bus service was not running! He also let us stay in a yurt on our second night. It was well decorated, warm and spacious, and we appreciated the phone charger, stereo and mood lighting.
The hammocks and campfire in the evening were great fun, and the bean bags provided were very comfortable. The only minor thing was that the temperature of the showers was not consistently warm.
But overall we would definitely recommend people stay here, as this place deserves more attention for its great location in the countryside, facilities and hospitable staff.More
